The best lovely central hotel I ever visited before now. My spacious and absolutely fantastic room came with beautiful view, balcony plus comfortable beds. The venue was in a great location not far from the church. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, I would happily go back again.

Super central location, wonderful stay!

It was a pleasant experience. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, however everything was perfect. The breakfast was great with various dishes and had variety of food. The hotel was in a super central setting halfway down the hill. Easily reached Family Restaurant, located just a short walk away from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

The hotel has reasonably large and fantastic rooms with a Balcony & Mountain View and comfortable beds, for instance. The location is super central, just next door to taxi and cars, Fansipan through the back-gate, and walking distance. Besides, it is 15 minutes walk away from Quang Truong Square.

The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance from the city center, restaurants, and points of interest. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Some rooms offer beautiful views over the valley. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety of choices. The staff is courteous, helpful, and responsive. Coffee is provided along with two bottles of mineral water. this hotel offers great facilities at a reasonable price.

The staff's English skills, except for one manager, may not be fluent.

The breakfasts with various dishes. I appreciated the room with balcony. Location : the hotel was adjacent to Sun Plaza, all the eateries, Sapa Lake, and a taxi. I spent here 1 fabulous day and will be returning here soon.

I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Topaz Hotel & Spa. As a solo traveler, I was upgraded to a spacious suite, which was much appreciated. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the town and start my treks. The rooftop views of the valley and mountains were stunning, and the hotel's restaurant and spa facilities were a great bonus. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel well taken care of. The overall experience was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel we stayed at during our city break was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated being in a central location that allowed us to easily explore the town and surrounding areas. The beautiful views from our room were an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were some negative aspects of our experience. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff was absolutely amazing, attending to every request with care and professionalism. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The room had a gorgeous mountain view and was spacious. The spa facility was incredible, offering a perfect herbal bath and massage. The location was central and convenient. The staff provided helpful assistance with luggage, transportation, and recommendations. The in-house facilities, including the restaurant and in-room dining, offered great service and good prices. Breakfast had a large variety, though it could have been improved in taste and variety over multiple days. The front staff was exceptional in assisting with bus and taxi arrangements. my stay here was mind-blowing!

During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the excellent customer service provided by the staff. Not only were they friendly and accommodating, but they were also very professional and efficient in their work. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with very spacious and clean rooms that had all the necessary amenities I needed. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for me as it was close to all the major tourist attractions and also had easy transportation options available.

I recently spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel in Lao Cai and I had a mixed experience. On the one hand, the hotel was located in a great area that made it easy to go for hikes and explore the surrounding town. The hotel rooms were also very clean and the staff was attentive to our needs, storing our luggage and allowing us to use the restroom after our stay was over. Lastly, the views of the mountains from the balcony were stunning and made for a great photo op.

On the other hand, there were some aspects of the hotel that left me disappointed. First, the bed was extremely hard, making it difficult to sleep at night.
